Cold Caller for Real Estate Investor - Expired Listings, Florida

We buy houses in Florida. You'll work as an outbound cold caller on Mojo's 3-line power dialer, calling homeowners whose listings expired. Your job is to find owners who want to sell and have a reason to sell. You don't close deals, and you don't push anyone into a yes.

The job

• Dial your full shift on the power dialer
• Have real conversations: ask open questions, then listen
• Send a lead only when the owner wants to sell and has a story behind it — never from a voi cemail or a "make me an offer"
• Log every call result in Mojo

• Monday–Friday, 10 AM–2 PM Eastern
• $5/hour

The trial
The job starts with a 2-week paid trial, training included. Every hour is paid, including training. Both sides use the trial to d ---------- whether this is a fit.

What we look for: you show up for every shift, you dial your full shift, you're getting better each day, you ask questions, and the leads you send are real. Missing your first day without notice ends the trial.

We move fast. The 2-week trial is paid and training is included, but we expect you to hit the ground running. We check your numbers daily. If you're not showing up, dialing your full shift, and having real conversations by the end of week one, we'll end the trial early. If you're getting better every day and taking coaching, you'll fit right in.

What we measure
Every week we look at dialer hours, dials per hour, conversations per hour, and lead quality. We share the exact targets on day 1 of training.

Who we're looking for
Clear, natural English. You sound like a person, not a script. You're steady through a full shift of rejections, and you take coaching well.
