Ember Digital is a performance marketing agency for car dealerships in New Zealand and Australia. We run Meta ads for franchised dealerships representing premium brands, and every ad we publish has to look professional and follow strict brand guidelines.

This is NOT an ecom or dropshipping design role. If your portfolio is mostly loud product ads, neon gradients or template-style creative, please do not apply.

What you will do

• Create Meta static ads (1:1, 4:5, 9:16) for multiple dealership clients
• Generate accurate AI vehicle imagery from reference photos. The car must match the real model exactly: badges, grille, wheels, lights and trim
• Use Photoshop to fix small AI errors (badges, lettering, wheels) and match lighting and shadows
• Finish layouts in Canva using each client's fonts, colours and logo rules
• Check every design against the reference images and brand guidelines before submitting
• Build and maintain reference image libraries for each vehicle model

What we need

• A portfolio showing premium, clean, brand-consistent work
• Examples of designs where you followed someone else's brand guidelines
• Strong AI image generation skills using reference images
• Photoshop retouching and compositing skills
• Canva proficiency
• A sharp eye for detail. One wrong badge is a failed design
• Fluent written English and reliable communication
• Able to handle high volume across many clients without dropping quality

Details

• Full-time, remote, 40 hours per week
• Some overlap with New Zealand and Australian business hours required
• Pay: USD $1,000 to $1,200 per month, depending on skill and portfolio
