WEBSITE/INVENTORY SITE FOR COMMERCE

Hi, my name is KHAIRY FIALA, and I'm representing #1 NY Beauty, a brick-and-mortar beauty supply store located in St. Petersburg, Florida, USA.

We're currently looking for an experienced website designer and e-commerce developer to help us build a professional, modern, and visually appealing online store.

This will begin as a PAID TRIAL PROJECT.

We would first like you to create a website mockup showing your vision for our beauty supply store. We want something modern, clean, easy to navigate, and designed to convert visitors into customers.

Our goal is to eventually create a fully functional e-commerce website where customers can browse and purchase our products online.

What we're looking for

1. Website Mockup & Design: Create a professional mockup of our future website, including the homepage, product pages, categories, and overall shopping experience.

2. Branding & Aesthetics: Use our existing branding, Instagram, and business identity to develop a visually appealing website that represents our store.

3. E-Commerce Functionality: Recommend the best platform and features for selling beauty supply products online.

4. POS Integration: Our current point-of-sale system is Toast. We'd like to explore whether our website can integrate with Toast to help manage inventory and sales.

5. Inventory Management: This is one of our biggest concerns. We carry a large variety of products, and many items frequently sell out or become temporarily unavailable.

We need a system that can accurately track inventory between our physical store and online website.

For example, if a customer purchases an item online, we need to know whether that item is actually available in our store before accepting or fulfilling the order.

We want to avoid selling products online that are already sold out in-store.

We're interested in solutions such as real-time inventory synchronization, automatic stock updates, low-stock alerts, and potentially a system that allows us to confirm availability before fulfilling orders.

6. Scalability: We want a website that can grow with our business as we expand our online inventory and product selection.

About the Paid Trial

We're not expecting you to build the entire website immediately.

We would first like to pay for a trial mockup so we can evaluate your creativity, design capabilities, and understanding of our business.

If we're satisfied with your work, we'd be interested in discussing the full website development project.
