Etsy Sewing Listing & Design Assistant — Part-Time, Long Term, Remote

I’m looking for a reliable assistant to help create sewing-related products and listings for my Etsy shop. This is an ongoing role requiring around 1–2 hours per day, with room to grow over time.

What you’ll do

• Learn to use Tailornova, a simple design software, to create clothing designs and sewing patterns.
• Research popular styles and trends on Pinterest and Etsy to inspire original products.
• Write and refine prompts to help develop design ideas.
• Occasionally assist with Canva projects and customer service.

You’ll work alongside my existing assistant, who handles most customer service, canva and listings.

Extra support needed: 27 October–7 November

During this period, I’ll need additional customer service help for a total of around 2 hours of total work per day including the already mentioned work. There are no fixed shifts, but you’ll need to check the account every couple of hours throughout the day and reply to messages.

This additional customer service coverage is temporary. After 7 November, working hours will be fully flexible, with occasional customer service tasks as needed.

Who would suit this role

• Good written English and clear communication skills are essential.
• Reliable, organised, and comfortable working independently.
• Willing to learn new things and follow instructions carefully.
• An interest in clothing, design, and sewing.
• Experience sewing clothes or using sewing patterns would be a big advantage but entirely not essential.
• Experience with Etsy, Canva, or customer service is helpful.
