Freelance Email & Domain Setup Specialist — 30 Email Accounts Across 10 Domains

I am an M&A analyst looking for an experienced freelancer to configure 10 business domains and set up 30 email accounts across those domains for legitimate professional business use.

The ideal candidate has experience with domain registrars, business email providers, DNS configuration, and email authentication. I am looking for someone who can complete the setup efficiently and provide clear documentation so I retain full ownership and control of all domains and accounts.

Scope of work

Configure 10 domains, either supplied by me or purchased with my approval.

Set up 30 email accounts, with the allocation of accounts per domain agreed before work begins.

Configure the relevant DNS records, including MX, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, as supported by the chosen provider.

Verify that the accounts can send and receive test email s.

Provide a spreadsheet listing each domain, associated email address, provider, configuration status, and renewal information.

Provide documentation for account administration, security, and future maintenance.

Transfer all configuration records and ensure that I retain administrator access and ownership.

Required qualifications

Demonstrated experience setting up domains and business email accounts.

Familiarity with providers such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoho Mail, or equivalent services.

Practical knowledge of DNS records and email authentication.

Strong attention to detail and ability to document completed work.

Ability to communicate clearly and complete a fixed-scope project independently.

Deliverables and acceptance criteria

All 10 domains configured as agreed.

All 30 email accounts created and accessible to the authorized owner.

DNS and authentication configuration documented.

Successful send-and-receive testing completed for each account.

A final handover document and administrator access provided.
