Land Comper / Acquisition Analyst (Land Insights, LandPortal, Land ID) - US Land Company

Salary: $600-$800/mo + $150 per closed deal · Hours/week: 40

Penance Properties buys and sells vacant land across the United States. We're hiring a full-time land comper to work directly with our acquisitions team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Comp vacant land: pull land comps and d ---------- what a lot is really worth
Check every lot for the things that kill deals: zoning, flood, wetlands, soils/septic, access, utilities
Spot the best exit for each lot: retail land buyer, builder, or a land-home operator
Work your own lead inbox and make offers

WHAT YOU GET
$600 to $800 USD per month, plus a $150 bonus for every deal we close
Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM US Pacific ([X] PM to [X] AM Philippine time)
Start: November 2026

WHAT YOU NEED
Hands-on experience comping US vacant land for a land investor or wholesaler
Daily use of tools like Land Insights, LandPortal, Land ID, SmarterContact, DataTree, PropStream, Regrid, Zillow sold data, or county GIS
Clear spoken English. We talk with the team every day.
Your own computer, stable internet, and a power/internet backup (UPS, generator, or second provider)
This must be your only job during our working hours
