Customer Follow-Up + Estimate Assistant, US Concrete Company (SMS / Email / Phone, GoHighLevel)

We're Black Dog Exteriors, a concrete driveway and patio company in Dallas, Texas. Homeowners find us through Facebook ads and ask for a price. We need one reliable person to keep those conversations moving so nobody gets forgotten.

What you'll do

• Reply to new customers and their questions by text, email and sometimes phone (inside GoHighLevel)
• Follow up on estimates we've sent, using our guide and a daily priority list
• Ask customers for missing info like photos, measurements and timing
• Measure driveways on satellite maps and prepare estimates for the owner to approve
• Book site visits on the owner's calendar
• Keep our CRM updated
• Know when to hand something to the owner

You're a fit if you

• Write short, friendly, natural English texts
• Have done customer service, appointment setting or sales support for a US company (home services is a big plus)
• Have used GoHighLevel or another CRM (GHL is a big plus)
• Are comfortable on the phone with American homeowners
• Can work 9 AM to 6 PM US Central time, Monday to Saturday (that's overnight in Manila)
• Have reliable internet and backup power

Pay: $6.00 to $8.00 per hour, full time, depending on experience. Paid skills test before hiring. Performance bonus when customers you worked with book a job.
