Full-Time Sales Caller — Cold & Warm Calling | Commission-Based
Diamond West Inc., the company behind Diamond Driveways and Diamond Epoxy Flooring, is looking for a confident, motivated full-time Sales Caller to contact leads, build customer interest, and convert conversations into qualified appointments and sales opportunities.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, handles objections confidently, and is motivated by performance-based earnings.
Responsibilities
Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers and warm calls to leads who have already expressed interest.
Explain our services clearly and professionally.
Qualify leads, book appointments, and follow up consistently.
Handle questions and objections while keeping conversations friendly and focused.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and follow-up activities.
Work toward agreed calling, appointment-booking, and conversion targets.
Requirements
Fluent spoken English with clear, easily understood pronunciation and a confident, professional phone manner.
Availability to work full-time during our Canadian business hours. The exact time zone and schedule will be confirmed during the interview.
Strong communication, listening, and persuasion skills.
A reliable computer, stable internet connection, quality headset, and quiet workspace.
Reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to follow through without constant supervision.
Previous cold calling, telemarketing, appointment-setting, or phone sales experience is preferred.
Compensation
This is a commission-based role, with the potential to earn USD $1,000 per month with strong performance and conversions. Earnings depend on results and are not guaranteed. The commission structure and performance expectations will be explained during the interview.
