About the Role

Hi! I'm a full-time content creator who makes reaction videos to TV shows, anime and movies. I'm launching a second YouTube channel for first-time-watch reactions and I'm looking for a reliable editor to grow with long-term.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
This is a simple, repeatable edit, the same format every episode:

  • Trim my full reaction recording (about 25 minutes: the episode plus my commentary at the end) down to about 12–13 minutes
  • Add my standard overlays and filter (provided, already sized and ready to drop in)
  • Lower the episode audio to the level in the guide. Music and sound effects are pre-set.
  • Simple fades in and out

No motion graphics, captions, color grading, thumbnails or creative effects. Most of the work is clean trimming. You'll get a short written guide and a template, so every episode looks the same.

Starting show: Teen Titans, 3 episodes per week. You're welcome to work ahead as recordings are available.

WHAT YOU'LL GET FROM ME

  • Raw recordings, music and sound-effect files (levels already set) and a written style guide
  • Clear feedback, especially in the first few episodes
  • A paid test edit before hiring
  • Payment via PayPal (other options available)

ROOM TO GROW

  • More shows (Arcane is next) and movies if you want more work
  • Yearly raises based on performance, plus holiday bonuses

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience editing YouTube videos (reaction, commentary or gaming content is a plus)
  • Comfortable with any editing software (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, VEGAS, etc.)
  • A computer that can handle 1080p/1440p footage and stable internet for large files
  • Reliable with deadlines and communication
  • Re-edits needed to clear a YouTube copyright block are included in the per-episode rate

TO APPLY, please send:
1. Links to 1–3 videos you've edited (if you've edited reaction, commentary or anime content, please link those first)
2. Which editing software you use most
3. How many hours per week you're available
4. Your rate per episode for a ~22-minute show
5. How long you'd expect one episode to take you
6. Start your message with the word "TITANS" so I know you read the whole post
