REQUIREMENTS:

Previous Air Duct Cleaning dispatch experience is REQUIRED

Workiz CRM experience is REQUIRED

Experience working with a U.S.-based company

Excellent English communication skills

Strong phone and customer service skills

Must know how to manage technicians, customers, and daily schedules

Reliable computer and fast, stable internet

Full-time availability during U.S. hours

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Answer incoming calls

Confirm appointments

Manage technicians and job schedules

Communicate with customers

Update jobs correctly in Workiz

Follow up on open and unconfirmed jobs

Make sure jobs are properly closed and updated
