REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous HVAC dispatching experience is REQUIRED
• Previous experience using Workiz CRM is REQUIRED
• Experience working with U.S. customers and technicians
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage technicians, schedules, jobs, and customer calls
• Must be organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable computer and stable internet connection
• Full-time availability

Your main responsibilities will include answering customer calls, scheduling and confirming HVAC appointments, dispatching technicians, updating jobs in Workiz, following up with customers and technicians, and making sure jobs are handled properly from start to finish.

HVAC experience and Workiz CRM experience are a MUST.
