What the job is:

We make organic short-form videos with Higgsfield. You’ll be producing 10-15 videos a day, each 10-15 seconds long. The edits are simple. What matters is how good you are at prompting and how fast you move.

Who you are:

20-28, young but proven. You’ve already got real reps. You’ve made AI videos that actually got views, and you’re still hungry with everything to prove.
You’re a prompting machine. You know Higgsfield inside and out (Seedance, Kling, image models, Genjutsu swaps) and you can get the shot you want in a few generations, not thirty. You know how to write a prompt that comes back looking real, not “AI-y.”
You live on TikTok and Reels. You know what’s trending, what hooks stop the scroll in the first second, and why one 12-second video does 2 million views while another does 400.
You’re fast. Short videos with simple edits mean volume is the game. 10-15 a day shouldn’t scare you.
You think for yourself. I don’t want to hold your hand. I want someone who comes to me with video ideas and new formats instead of waiting to be told what to make.
You know ecom and you’re tapped into the brands winning right now: Resilia, Lymphoria, Ryze, IM8. You understand what their organic content is doing and why it works.
You want to change your life. You’re ready to put your head down and grind 12+ hour days behind the laptop, locked in with a team that wants it just as bad, building something real from scratch.

I’ve hired people before who killed it on paper and then disappeared. Took a full day to answer a message. Moved slow. Weren’t hungry. Didn’t take it seriously. I’m done with that.
