ABOUT CP RESTORATION SERVICES
CP Restoration Services is a Florida-based credit repair company helping clients remove negative items from their credit reports across all three major bureaus — Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion. We are hiring 4 Bureau Callers to contact credit bureaus directly on behalf of our clients.
POSITION: Bureau Caller
Start Date: Immediate
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
Compensation: $100 per week flat rate
Location: 100% Remote — Work From Home
Openings: 4 positions available
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Call Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion dispute lines on behalf of clients
• Verify client identity during bureau calls using client-provided information
• Request deletion or correction of negative items including collections, inquiries, late payments, and charge-offs
• Log every call outcome in the portal — result, agent name, reference number, next steps
• Escalate unresolved items to the Dispute Department
• Meet daily call targets — minimum 100 dials per day
• Update client bureau login credentials when prompted during calls

REQUIREMENTS

• Prior experience calling credit bureaus (Experian, Equifax, TransUnion) strongly preferred
• Excellent spoken English — must be confident and professional on the phone
• Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
• Comfortable with web-based portals and CRM tools
• Available Monday – Friday 9 AM – 5 PM EST
• Willing to undergo training and pass a certification quiz before starting

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with credit repair software (Credit Repair Cloud, Dispute Fox)
• Knowledge of FCRA and FDCPA dispute rights
• Previous experience in a call center or phone-based VA role
