Facebook Posting - hourly plus commission

Join many groups related to real estate investing and mortgages. I offer mortgages/financing for real estate investors. Monitor groups for people looking to apply for mortgages. Reply with a comment of a flyer and a few words with a link. Also, proactively make posts to offer financing. Posts will be made from both a business account and personal account. Must also find the groups to join, but I have many to start. You will have potential clients send a dm, call, text, or visit a website. You will likely join a few hundred groups. The job will be 30 hours per week advertising loans. 10 hours per week monitoring groups that I run, inviting new users and removing spam.

Rate will be $2/hour plus $100 for every successful loan. I average 8 loans per month without any help currently.
