eCommerce Virtual Assistant

Our remote team is growing, and we need an eCommerce VA who is reliable, self-driven, and sharp with details, someone who wants a real career with us, not just a stopgap. We run the daily operations of online brands for clients around the world, and you'll support several of them at once. No two days look alike. Expect busy task lists, last-minute changes, fast turnarounds, and priorities that shift quickly. We need someone who stays organized, follows our processes, handles pressure well, and keeps quality high when things get hectic.

Role details:

• Start date: as soon as possible
• Full-time, long-term
• Graveyard shift (Philippine time), Monday to Friday
• Weekends off
• Occasionally, we may ask for extra hours for urgent client requests or deadlines. It won't be every day, but flexibility matters in our fast-paced setting.

What you'll do:

• Run and maintain Shopify, WooCommerce, and Amazon stores
• Build, edit, and optimize product listings
• Research products, competitors, and market trends
• Help with customer support and order handling
• Keep websites updated and take care of general admin
• Support our marketing and content work
• Create simple graphics and marketing visuals in Canva
• Make basic layout and design improvements to websites
• Use ChatGPT and other AI tools to work faster and more accurately
• Follow our systems, SOPs, checklists, and instructions
• Manage tasks across multiple client accounts
• Respond quickly to updates and requests during your shift
• Keep your work organized and on time during busy periods

As you prove your reliability, we'll give you more: greater independence with client accounts and bigger, higher-value projects.

Who we're looking for:

• You have hands-on Shopify experience: product listings, store updates, theme edits, and order management
• You learn fast and can figure things out on your own
• You're highly organized with a sharp eye for detail
• You own your work and take accountability for results
• You follow instructions closely and meet deadlines
• You communicate clearly and professionally
• You're hardworking and proactive
• You thrive in a fast-moving environment
• You stay calm and professional with urgent requests
• You have a reliable laptop or desktop and a stable, fast internet connection
• You're fully available for the entire shift
• You have no other job, clients, business, or personal commitments that could affect your availability, focus, or performance

Bonus skills (not required):

• Experience with WooCommerce, Amazon, or TikTok Shop
• Canva or basic graphic design skills
• A good eye for clean layouts and visual presentation
• Experience with ChatGPT or other AI tools
• Basic video editing in CapCut
• A background in virtual assistance, eCommerce, customer service, or admin work

Beyond Shopify, experience isn't everything. We value discipline, attitude, consistency, honesty, and reliability over years on a resume. We can teach you the other platforms and tools, but the right mindset and commitment have to come from you on day one.

Pay and growth:

• Monthly salary: ₱28,000 to ₱32,000
• Monthly performance incentive: up to ₱5,000, based on performance
• ₱1,500 signing bonus after completing the probationary period
