Experienced Wix Website Designer / Developer — One-Time Redesign Project

PRO Auto Detailing is a professional automotive detailing company in Philadelphia offering mobile and in-shop services.

We are seeking an experienced Wix website designer/developer to professionally redesign, restructure, and optimize our existing website.

Our website currently attracts significant traffic but converts relatively few visitors into bookings.

We have already completed an extensive AI-assisted website audit using Claude, which identified multiple potential issues involving conflicting information, inconsistent service descriptions, pricing presentation, website structure, and customer experience.

The audit report will be provided to the selected candidate.

We need someone capable of independently evaluating these findings and professionally implementing the necessary improvements.

Responsibilities

Review and validate our existing website audit.

Redesign and improve existing website pages.

Correct conflicting or duplicated information.

Improve website navigation and customer experience.

Reorganize service packages, descriptions, and pricing presentation.

Clearly distinguish between mobile and in-shop services.

Improve booking buttons, calls to action, and conversion flow.

Optimize mobile and desktop layouts.

Improve on-page SEO and website performance.

Test all forms, booking functions, links, and mobile layouts.

Maintain existing branding and preserve working integrations.

Required Experience

Experienced applicants only.

We are not seeking entry-level designers, general virtual assistants, or individuals who primarily rely on premade templates.

Candidates must demonstrate:

Proven experience with Wix Editor and/or Wix Studio, as applicable.

A portfolio of professional, live websites.

Strong UI/UX design skills.

Understanding of conversion rate optimization.

Experience with appointment-based or service businesses.

Ability to identify problems and recommend solutions independently.

Excellent attention to detail and English communication.

Deliverables

Review of the existing website and Claude audit.

Written recommendations and agreed project scope.

Approved website redesign and content corrections.

Fully optimized desktop and mobile versions.

Verified booking functionality and working integrations.

Final testing, corrections, and handover.

Compensation

This is a fixed-price project, not a permanent position.

Our initial target budget is $300–$450 USD, with flexibility for exceptional candidates and clearly justified proposals.

Payments will be divided into milestones based on completed and approved work.
