Salary: £4 per hour during the three-month probation, £5 per hour after. At 40 paid hours a week, that comes to approximately £693 per month during probation and approximately £867 per month after.

ABOUT THE COMPANY

A UK-based property education and mentoring business supporting people who want to invest in property. The team is fully remote across the UK, Spain, South Africa and the Philippines, with a long-tenured group of virtual assistants, several of them three years and over.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a phone-first outbound role. You'll be calling people who have already registered interest in property investing, qualifying them, and booking them into discovery calls and webinars. You qualify and book only. You don't close.

Please read that again before applying. This is not customer service, not inbound support, and not a closing role. You will be dialing for most of your shift, every shift.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Calling leads interested in property education and investment, around 80 calls a day
• Building rapport, qualifying interest, and booking discovery calls or webinars
• Handling objections and completing up to five follow-up attempts per lead
• Confirming appointments and helping maintain attendance rates
• Logging every call outcome, status, and follow-up task in GoHighLevel accurately and on time
• Managing your own calling rhythm through the shift with minimal supervision

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Proven outbound calling experience with numbers you can actually quote: daily dials, connect rate, and bookings per week
• A clear answer to what makes a lead worth booking and what doesn't. Qualification is the job, not just getting someone to agree to a time slot
• GoHighLevel experience. This is the core platform and you'll be working in it from day one
• Disciplined after-call work. Logging outcomes correctly and on time is as much of the job as the calls themselves
• Self-managed pace. Nobody will be standing over you telling you to dial, so you need to keep momentum through the shift
• Comfortable being measured daily on call volume, connect rate, and bookings
• Someone who asks questions, speaks up in team meetings, and raises issues early rather than going quiet
• Strong spoken English and the resilience to handle rejection without taking it personally
• Reliable setup: own computer, stable internet, backup power and internet, quiet dedicated workspace

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience calling into property, real estate, coaching, or education
• Previous UK-hours experience

SCHEDULE AND TERMS

• Full-time, 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM UK time (7:00 PM to 4:00 AM Manila), including a one-hour unpaid break
• £4 per hour during the three-month probation, £5 per hour after
• Approximately £693 per month during probation, approximately £867 per month after
• Paid monthly, on the first Wednesday. Not weekly, not twice monthly
• Time tracked via Time Doctor
• Two weeks of paid training before you start calling, mostly self-paced
• Long-term, remote, independent contractor basis
