Amazon Influencer VA

Content & Storefront Assistant: Amazon Influencer, YouTube, Facebook , Pinterest (Part-Time, Ongoing)

I run an Amazon Influencer storefront built on product review videos. I’m looking for a reliable, detail-oriented virtual assistant to keep the storefront accurate every day and to help publish new videos and the same videos across YouTube, Facebook and ---------- .

Amazon storefront (daily)

Upload new videos, create thumbnails.
Check my storefront and Creator content for videos with unavailable, out-of-stock or removed products.
Retag them with the correct available product, or an equivalent one when the original is gone.
Find videos with no product tagged and tag the right product.
Check that titles, thumbnails and tags match each video.
Update or replace videos when I send new versions.

YouTube

Upload videos with the right title, description, product links, tags and a thumbnail.
Keep titles and descriptions accurate, and fix links to products that are no longer available.
Watch for comments and issues and tell me about them.

Facebook

Post the same videos to my Facebook page with suitable captions and links.
Keep a regular posting schedule.

Thumbnails and images (AI tools)

Create thumbnails with AI image tools, following a style guide and prompt templates I’ll provide.
Check each result carefully. The product must look right, any text must be correct and nothing misleading is allowed.
Keep the thumbnails organized in shared folders.

Reporting

Keep a daily log (Google Sheets): what you checked, fixed, posted and anything you couldn’t resolve.
Tell me promptly about rejected videos, account warnings or problems.

What I need from you

At least [1] year of experience with social media management or Amazon Associates / Influencer tools.
Experience with YouTube Studio, Facebook Pages and ---------- .
Comfortable using AI image tools such as ChatGPT, Canva or similar, with a good eye for quality.
Very careful with detail. A wrong product tag means lost commissions.
Good written English and clear daily updates.
Reliable internet and a computer. You’ll work in my accounts, so you must follow my security rules.

Nice to have

Spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets).
