Short-Form Video Editor (IG Reels)

About Us
I'm an online fitness coach with 3M+ followers across Instagram, Facebook , YouTube and TikTok, built 100% organically. I need someone who can turn my raw photos and videos into viral short-form content, study what's working for other creators in the niche, and keep leveling up their own editing and content instincts over time.

Compensation
$700/month base.

Schedule and Availability
Full-time, Monday to Saturday. Must be based in the Philippines (PHT). Expected to reply within a few hours during your working hours — we move fast and need someone reliably reachable.

What You Will Own
Editing raw footage and photos into short-form videos (Reels/TikTok/Shorts) built to perform, not just look good
Studying top-performing creators and formats in the fitness/health niche and adapting what works
Writing in-video text, hooks, and captions — strong written English is non-negotiable
Using AI tools to speed up your workflow and sharpen your output
Managing my iCloud library and posting IG/FB stories
Over time, quality-checking and guiding a second, more junior editor on simpler-style videos

You Are a Fit if:
You're genuinely into health and fitness, not just editing it
You have an iPhone and ideally a MacBook
You write clean, natural English with no need for grammar tools
You're always trying to get better — studying new styles, testing new tools, raising your own bar
You understand what makes content "viral" beyond just technical editing — hooks, pacing, human psychology

Do Not Apply If
You can't commit to Philippines working hours, full-time, Monday to Saturday
Your written English needs heavy editing or translation help
You're comfortable being average and don't actively work on improving your skills
You don't have access to an iPhone
You don't share the same beliefs about health and fitness as i do in my content since i want you to be aligned with my vision and brand. you are actually passionate about working with me
