🔎 ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a results-driven Email Marketing Specialist who can take ownership of email and SMS marketing programs for e-commerce brands.

This is NOT a customer service role. You will be responsible for strategy, campaign planning, execution, optimization, and performance analysis.

💼 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop revenue-focused monthly email campaign calendars
• Plan and optimize lifecycle flows such as Welcome, Abandonment and Post-Purchase
• Build and manage email & SMS campaigns using Klaviyo or similar ESP
• Develop audience segmentation and testing strategies
• Manage triggers, automation, conditional logic and campaign tracking
• Conduct A/B testing for subject lines, offers, segmentation and timing
• Monitor KPIs including revenue per recipient, conversion rate, CTR, deliverability and list growth
• Identify performance gaps and implement improvements
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and provide actionable insights
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers and account leads
• Manage multiple e-commerce accounts while maintaining strong attention to detail

✅ QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
• 3–4+ years of hands-on email marketing experience, preferably with e-commerce brands
• Strong experience with Klaviyo or similar email service platforms
• Strong understanding of lifecycle/retention marketing
• Experience with segmentation, automation and A/B testing
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
• Able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
• Excellent attention to detail and quality assurance discipline
• Good communication skills
• Independent, smart and proactive in managing responsibilities

💡 Nice to Have:
Experience or interest in the automotive/e-commerce industry is an advantage.
