Tech Sales Mock Interview Coach (SDR/BDR), Remote, Start Immediately

I run a training community for aspiring SDRs and BDRs breaking into tech sales. I'm looking for an Interview Practice Coach to run realistic mock interviews that prepare our clients for real hiring processes.

What You'll Do

• Run 1-on-1 mock interviews over video call
• Simulate 1st through 4th round tech sales interviews, based on the round each client chooses
• Run mock pitch rounds where clients pitch a product or cold call you
• Play the role of a recruiter, hiring manager, or sales leader, depending on the round
• Give honest, useful feedback after each session

Preferred Qualifications

• Sales experience, especially in tech sales (SDR, BDR, AE)
• Experience interviewing or hiring candidates
• Available 7 days a week with wide availability
• Can start right away

Requirements

• Strong, stable WiFi and a reliable setup
• Comfortable interviewing people and staying in character
• Professional and dependable, with no frequent call-offs
• No requests for early payouts
• Must send a video introduction so I can hear your voice and see how you present

Pay

• $3 per 30-minute session, paid biweekly directly to you
• Pay raise after a successful first 3 weeks
