Creative Reels & Social Media Content Creator

We're an Australian electrical company looking for a creative, social-media-savvy content creator to produce approximately 2 engaging Reels per week for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.

Our goal is to grow our brand, build customer trust and create content people genuinely enjoy watching.

Our electricians regularly share photos and videos in a WhatsApp group. You'll have access to this footage and the creative freedom to turn it into entertaining, relatable, informative and professional Reels.

Some content will be fun and trend-based, while others will showcase our team, workmanship, projects and services. We'll provide direction for promotional content when needed.

What You'll Do

• Review our WhatsApp footage and select the best content.
• Independently develop creative Reel ideas and concepts.
• Edit approximately 2 engaging Reels per week.
• Write catchy hooks, on-screen text and captions.
• Identify relevant trends and content opportunities.
• Create videos that build brand awareness, engagement and trust.

What We're Looking For

• Strong creativity and video editing skills.
• Experience producing Instagram Reels and TikToks.
• Excellent written English and attention to detail.
• An understanding of Australian audiences and humour.
• Someone proactive who can work independently with minimal direction.
• Ability to create both entertaining and professional content.

Payment & Work Arrangement

• Ongoing freelance opportunity, starting at approximately 2 Reels per week.
• Potential to increase the number of Reels per week for the right person.
• Paid per completed Reel, not hourly.
• Flexible working hours, fully remote.
• Rate negotiable based on experience and quality.
