WordPress Website & GoHighLevel Assistant – Long-Term Role

We are an Australian web design and digital marketing business working primarily with tradies and home service businesses, and we're looking for a reliable, skilled person in the Philippines to join us long-term.

This is not a general VA position.

You must have solid WordPress experience and be comfortable building, editing and maintaining professional websites. Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) is also essential.

What You'll Be Doing

Your work will include:

• Building and editing WordPress websites
• Creating and formatting website pages
• Making design and layout changes
• Updating text, images, buttons, forms and navigation
• Ensuring websites look great on desktop, tablet and mobile
• Installing/configuring WordPress plugins
• Basic WordPress troubleshooting
• Website maintenance and updates
• Implementing on-page SEO instructions we provide
• Adding meta titles and descriptions
• Optimising images and adding appropriate alt text
• Creating internal links
• Working with GoHighLevel
• Setting up and editing GHL funnels/pages
• Forms and calendars
• Basic workflows and automations
• CRM/pipeline setup and maintenance
• Connecting websites and GHL where required
• Testing your work before marking tasks complete

You don't need to be an SEO strategist. We will provide the SEO strategy and instructions — you need to be able to implement them accurately.

Essential Skills

You MUST have:

• Good WordPress experience
• Website design/layout skills
• Experience with responsive/mobile design
• Some practical GoHighLevel experience
• Good attention to detail
• Good written English
• Ability to follow detailed instructions
• Ability to troubleshoot problems rather than immediately giving up
• Reliable internet connection
• Ability to communicate clearly and provide progress updates

Basic HTML/CSS knowledge would be highly regarded.

Experience with local service/tradie websites, technical SEO implementation, DNS/domains, Google Search Console or website speed optimisation would also be an advantage.

You should be comfortable working independently once instructions have been provided, asking questions when something genuinely isn't clear, and checking your own work before submitting it.
