Wix Automation & Client Journey Specialist

The Athlete’s Spa is a physiotherapy and fascia-focused practice based in Jamaica, led by Dr. Marlene Chin.

We are looking for an experienced Wix automation specialist to organize and improve our client journey—from the first enquiry or free-resource sign-up through booking, appointment preparation, follow-up, and referrals.

This is a hands-on implementation project. We need someone who can assess our current setup, recommend practical improvements, build approved solutions, and demonstrate that they work.

Scope of work

1. Audit and organize the existing setup

Review existing Wix automations, triggers, forms, contact segments, and relevant website pages.
Identify duplicate messages, overlapping workflows, missing steps, broken links, and confusing client experiences.
Map the current client journey and propose an improved version.
Recommend which automations to keep, revise, combine, pause, or remove.
Provide a prioritized implementation plan explaining the purpose of each proposed workflow.

2. Build the approved workflows

Potential workflows include:
Following up with enquiries that have not booked.
Guiding free-resource subscribers beyond delivery of the guide.
Helping interested subscribers book a relevant appointment.
Sending clear appointment preparation information.
Requesting honest reviews after appropriate client interactions.
Explaining and supporting our referral program.
Improving cancellation, rebooking, and follow-up journeys where needed.

Required experience

Demonstrated experience implementing Wix Automations and Wix Bookings workflows.
Ability to audit and troubleshoot an existing setup.
Experience with email sequences, segmentation, forms, and landing pages.
Strong English writing and clear communication.
Ability to explain technical recommendations in straightforward language.
Careful handling of client information and account access.
Reliable project management and documentation.
