ChexSystems & EWS Dispute Specialist

The Credit League is looking for an experienced ChexSystems & Early Warning Services (EWS) Dispute Specialist to help clients address negative banking history and work toward becoming eligible to open bank accounts.

Job Responsibilities

• Review clients’ ChexSystems and EWS consumer reports.
• Identify inaccurate, outdated, duplicate, or potentially unverifiable information.
• Prepare customized dispute letters and supporting documentation.
• Submit or assist with disputes with the appropriate reporting agencies and financial institutions.
• Monitor dispute responses, deadlines, and case progress.
• Maintain accurate client files and provide progress updates.
• Help clients understand their reports and potential next steps toward opening bank accounts.
• Follow applicable consumer reporting laws and protect confidential client information.

Qualifications

• Previous hands-on experience with ChexSystems and EWS disputes is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of consumer banking reports and dispute procedures.
• Strong research, writing, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client cases and meet deadlines.
• High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

Position Details

• Location: Remote
• Position: Contract or part-time, depending on experience
• Pay: Based on experience and agreed workload
• Start date: As soon as the right candidate is selected
