Long-Term Blog & Newsletter Writer for a Sourdough Pastry Website (WordPress, SEO + Personality)

Hi! I'm Jesha Stevens, a sourdough pastry creator ---------- — croissants, bagels, breads and trompe l'oeil bakes, with a large social audience. My website, ---------- (WordPress), is where my recipes live, and I'm looking for a writer to own it with me long term.

THE ROLE (ongoing, not a one-off):

• Write SEO blog posts around my recipes and content (about 2 posts/month to start, growing) — search-optimized AND full of personality. My voice is playful and bold; generic, robotic posts won't work here.
• Write my email newsletter — warm, fun, and worth opening.
• Format and publish posts yourself in WordPress (recipe cards, internal links, image alt text, categories/tags).
• Act like a partner, not just a writer: pitch post ideas, flag what's missing, and give honest feedback on the site. I want your intel, not just your words.

YOU ARE:

• An excellent blog writer with proven SEO results — posts you've written that actually rank.
• A food writer at heart — you write about food, pastry and baking. Experience writing about sourdough or bread is a real plus.
• Excellent in WordPress — you can build a beautiful, well-structured post without hand-holding.
• Experienced with email newsletters (any major platform).
• Looking for a long-term home, with excellent English and reliable communication.
