Short-Form Growth Lead – EV news channel (six-month contract, remote, full-time)

The Electric Viking is one of the biggest EV and energy news channels on YouTube (395,000 subscribers, 14 million views a month, 10 new videos a day) and we're taking it to every platform: YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook , X, Threads, LinkedIn and podcast. We're hiring someone who has already done this successfully to run it for six months and train our in-house team to take over.

You have: personally grown a news, finance, business, tech or automotive account to 100,000+ followers or 10 million+ monthly views on TikTok, Shorts or Reels, and can show the accounts and the before-and-after numbers; hands-on skill cutting and posting short-form every day; experience running a small editing team; excellent written English.

You will: set the hook styles, caption templates and posting times; run the daily output with three editors (one Short from every video, 10 a day, across every platform); own the numbers and report weekly; document everything and train the team to run it without you by month six.

Pay: US$2,500–4,000 a month depending on the results you can show, more for exceptional results, plus a bonus for every million views. Six-month contract, extension possible.
