DM Appointment Setter for UK Men's Coach (X/Twitter, British tone)

I'm Alex, a men's physique and identity coach and ex-PT from a top London gym. I coach men 1:1, mostly business owners and professionals in their 30s and 40s across the UK and US, through a 90-day programme. Most of my clients find me on X (Twitter ), and I can't keep up with my DMs alone anymore.

THE ROLE
You'll run my X DM conversations with potential clients. Real conversation, not spam.

• Send outreach openers I've already written and approved from a daily lead sheet
• Reply to men who message me or answer those openers
• Build rapport, then ask good questions one at a time: their work, training, what they've tried, how it actually feels, what it's costing them
• Help them put the gap into their own words, then reflect it back
• Book the right men onto a call with me using my booking link
• Point people who aren't a fit to my free resources
• Spot new leads in my replies, quotes and DMs and add them to the sheet
• Log every conversation in a Google Sheet (status + short notes)
• Send me a short end-of-shift update: messages sent, replies, calls booked, new leads added, anything flagged

You never sell, close or quote prices. I do that on the call.

REQUIREMENTS

• Native-level written English that sounds like a relaxed British bloke texting a mate (lowercase, short messages, "mate", "proper")
• Experience as a DM setter, appointment setter or SDR, ideally for coaches or high-ticket offers
• Comfortable using AI tools AND editing drafts so they sound human
• At least 4 hours overlap with UK time, ideally some cover 1pm-9pm UK
• Reliable internet, discreet with private conversations

• $250/month base + 10% commission on cash collected from every client you book (paid as the money lands)

PAID TRIAL
Shortlisted applicants get a paid 30-45 min trial: reply as me to 3 sample prospect messages.
