Remote Clinical Dental Virtual Assistant (Licensed Dentist / Treatment Planner)

We are a growing dental practice looking for a detail-oriented, reliable, and highly qualified Clinical Dental Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines to join our team. This is a non-voice, backend role focused entirely on administrative clinical operations. Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Treatment Planning Support: Assist the clinic director by organizing patient charts and preparing digital dental treatment plans based on clinical data.
• X-Ray & Digital Record Organization: Review, catalog, and attach patient digital X-rays, photos, and intraoral scans to corresponding electronic health records (EHR).
• Clinical Charting & Notes: Accurately input dental diagnostic data, charting updates, and provider notes into our practice management software.
• Administrative Compliance: Review charts to ensure complete documentation, checking for necessary treatment approvals or follow-up needs.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Dental Medicine (DMD / DDS) or significant experience working in a clinical dental setting required.
• Experience or familiarity with US-based dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, or similar proprietary systems) is a major plus.
• Exceptional eye for detail and strong analytical skills when reviewing clinical notes and records.
• High proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
• Reliable, high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, quiet work-from-home setup.
