B2B Sales Closer / Cold Caller (US Trucking) - $500/mo Base + High Residuals

We are Find Driver ( ---------- ), a US driver acquisition platform for trucking fleets. We provide qualified Class A CDL drivers to fleet owners (50-300 trucks) for a transparent $25/day per truck (only billed while driving, zero upfront).

We are hiring an experienced, hungry Outbound B2B Sales Closer / Account Executive to reach out to fleet owners and close signed service agreements.

COMPENSATION & BONUSES (Uncapped Earning Potential):

• Base Salary: $500 / month ($250 bi-weekly guaranteed)
• Signed Specification / Client Agreement: $200 per closed fleet
• Driver Retention Bonuses:
• 1st driver completing 30 days: +$200
• 5 drivers completing 30 days: +$400
• 15 drivers completing 30 days: +$600
• Monthly Recurring Revenue Share (Passive Residual Income):
• 1-2 active clients: 3% of monthly billing
• 3-4 active clients: 4% of monthly billing
• 5-6 active clients: 5% of monthly billing across ALL clients
• Annual Retention Bonus: 1 month residual payout at year-end!

Realistic Total Earnings for a solid closer: $1,500 – $2,500+ / month.

WORKING HOURS:

• 40 hours/week during US Business Hours (EST / CST).

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluent, clear neutral American English accent (C1/C2).
• Proven outbound B2B cold calling or freight/trucking brokerage experience.
• Understanding of the US trucking industry (Class A CDL, OTR, power units, carriers).
• Quiet home office, noise-canceling headset, stable high-speed internet.
