FULL-TIME AMAZON FBA VIRTUAL ASSISTANT - PRODUCT SOURCING & RESEARCH (REMOTE, FLEXIBLE HOURS)

ABOUT US
We're a growing Amazon FBA business focused on retail and online arbitrage. We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented VA to join our small team long-term and grow with us. We move fast, value clear communication, and reward people who take ownership of their work.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Find profitable products from online retailers
• Analyze products using Keepa and SellerAmp (sales rank, price history, ROI, competition)
• Check Amazon selling eligibility and brand restrictions
• Track deals, promotions, and price drops across retail sites
• Organize leads in Google Sheets with clear notes
• Help with other Amazon tasks as needed

REQUIREMENTS

• Technical experience is REQUIRED (comfortable learning new software, tools, and online platforms). Amazon experience is not required. We'll train you on our process.
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Strong Google Sheets skills (essential)
• Reliable internet connection and your own computer
• Self-motivated, consistent, and able to work without micromanagement
• Honest, detail-oriented, and eager to learn

PAY & SCHEDULE

• Starting pay: $300 USD per month for the first 2 months, paid bi-weekly ($150 every two weeks)
• After 2 months, strong performers get a raise to $400-$500 per month based on performance. The better you do, the more you earn.
• Performance bonus: $25 for every $10,000 in revenue the business generates
• Full-time with flexible hours. Work when it suits you, as long as your work is consistent and high quality.

TOOLS & SUBSCRIPTIONS

• This role requires active Keepa and SellerAmp subscriptions
• You cover the cost for your first month. Once you're hired full-time, we pay for them going forward.

TRAINING PERIOD

• The first 2 weeks are paid training at half rate ($75 total)
• You'll learn our sourcing process, tools, and quality standards
• Daily check-ins and feedback during training
• If it's a good fit for both sides, you move to full-time at the full rate
