Experienced Sales Telephone Representative hours 9AM-8PM EST $5-$6 +Commissions

THIS IS NOT A CALL CENTER ROLE.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS

Sales experience is required as this is a Sales Role.

Must have your own back-up power source in the event of power outages

Must have your own source of high speed internet

Must have your own computer with working video camera

Required to have noise canceling, wireless headset

Required to communicate on camera during team exchanges (Zoom, Slack and/or other video chat services while on the clock)

Perform your service based on our time constraints with minimal supervision.

This is a , sales, client care and SALES agent role for a luxury spa.

Sales Scripting is Required
To advance & secure this job study & a knowledge assessment is required.
Interview includes 3 stages:

Stage 1 Your video submission of script samples. If you a chosen you will be invited to a Live Zoom interview.

Stage 2 You will study our website to learn about our services, operation hours & policies. You will receive an oral examination.

Stage 3 Final Assessment- Mock Calls & Final Testing prior to live client calling.

If approved: Probationary pay rate $5 USD, incremental pay raise to $6 is negotiable after 60 days of consistent high quality service.

*Managing Warm-Hot Sales Leads in our custom software
*Answering Monitored Recorded Phone Lines

^Responding to text, social media & email client inquiries.

*Social media posts
*Upselling In-Bound Calls
*Booking & Rescheduling Appointments
*Follow up and Feedback Calls
*Calendar and schedule management for Staff
*Office Supply Management
*Screening and Directing Calls
*Marketing Content Management
*Moderating Conference Calls
*Creating & Editing Documents
*Responding to Sales Inquiries
*Multi-Tasking Regularly

Sales experience is required.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE:
*Experience in the beauty and medical spa industry familiar with procedures or a fast learner
*Pleasant ENGLISH speaking in tone
*Willing and eager to help solve issues
*Trusting, dependable, reliable
*Ability to make effective decisions independently
*Must be computer savvy
*Required to work on Hubstaff with time tracking, Slack for communications, CRM for scheduling, Google Suite and OpenPhone for calls & texts
*Must speak clear fluent English with the ability to articulate their words.
*Must comprehend English with ease
*No noisy backgrounds.
*Clear functioning internet and headset

Candidates must be available to work night shift hours from 12am to 8am.
