Site Engineer/ Site Architect
Key Responsibilities:
-Project Management and Site Supervision
-Design and Technical Oversight. Strong technical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail

• Stakeholder Coordination. Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with various stakeholders

-Quality Assurance and Risk Management
-Knowledgeable in estimating quantities, cost and time scales for materials and labor (QS Role)
-Production of as-built and shop drawings as when required
-Perform other tasks and responsibilities as may be assigned by the management to support overall project goals and organizational objectives.
Qualification and Experience:
-Strong proficiency in English Communication
-Experienced in handling Commercial Interior Fit Out Project is a must. At least 2 years’ experience in project management with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
-Proficiency in MS Office applications (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint)
-Proficient in AutoCAD
-PRC Licensed Architect / Engineer is an advantage
-with COSH Certificate
-Availability to start immediately
