Part-time Full-Stack Developer (React + Supabase, Claude Code)

I run a small AI consultancy in Australia that builds internal tools for business teams: operations dashboards, sales platforms, CSV and API integrations, and AI assistants built on company data. I scope every project with the client and build the first version with Claude Code. I'm looking for a part-time developer to help finish, harden and maintain these builds.

YOU MUST USE CLAUDE CODE
This role is built around AI-assisted development. You should already use Claude Code (or a similar AI coding agent) every day and be comfortable reviewing and fixing what it writes.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Turn working prototypes into production-ready apps: login and security, Supabase row-level security, edge functions, tests, deployment
• Integrations with business systems (Microsoft 365 / Outlook, Xero, CSV imports)
• Bug fixes, dependency upgrades and testing on staging

STACK
React, TypeScript, Vite, Tailwind. Supabase (Postgres, RLS, Edge Functions). Cloudflare. GitHub.

HOW IT WORKS

• 10 to 15 hours a week to start, with more if it's a good fit
• A few hours overlapping Sydney business hours (Sydney is 3 hours ahead of Manila)
• Starts with a 2-week paid trial
• Paid every two weeks for hours worked; hours tracked with a time-tracking app
• You work with me only, never directly with clients
• All work on staging, through GitHub pull requests. NDA required
