Responsibilities

Edit long-form YouTube documentaries (approximately 20–30 minutes).

Create cinematic storytelling using footage, photographs, graphics, music, and sound effects.

Help establish the channel's visual style, branding, and overall presentation.

Create engaging introductions, transitions, and outros.

Develop eye-catching YouTube thumbnails.

Assist with YouTube channel setup, optimization, and publishing.

Understand audience retention, pacing, and storytelling techniques.

Create YouTube Shorts and promotional clips from longer videos.

Incorporate voiceovers, narration, and original music.

Work collaboratively on creative direction and future content.
