Real Estate Cold Caller — Part-Time, Remote (US Hours)

I'm a real estate investor buying houses in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. I need a cold caller to work from a list I provide, follow my script, talk to homeowners, and book appointments with motivated sellers. You dial and qualify — I close.

Hours & pay:

• 20 hours/week to start (4 hrs/day, Mon–Fri), can grow to full-time
• US Central time business hours (Dallas market)
• $4/hr, paid weekly via Wise/Payoneer
• Bonus for every qualified appointment that shows up

What you get from me:

• The call list (already built — you don't find leads)
• The exact script (rapport opener + MCTP qualification: motivation, condition, time frame, price)
• The dialer seat (you don't pay for it)
• Short training: I'll walk you through the script on the first call

What I need from you:

• Clear, confident spoken English — sellers must understand you easily
• Cold calling or telemarketing experience (real estate a big plus)
• Reliable internet, quiet workspace, headset
• You follow the compliance rules: every list is DNC-scrubbed, you call only in legal hours, and you never pressure anyone — rude or pushy callers are fired on the first complaint
• You show up on time, every day. Reliability beats talent here
