Instagram DM Appointment Setter – Family Auto Repair Shop (US Hours)

WHO WE ARE
Tune Rite Auto is a family-owned auto repair company with two shops in South Florida, USA (Davie and Boca Raton). We have been in business for more than 30 years. We fix everything from oil changes to European car electronics, and we're known for being honest and never pushy.

THE JOB
This is not a sit-and-wait inbox job. You start the conversations. Every new follower on our Instagram gets a friendly hello from you, and you turn those chats, plus the DMs people send us ("How much is an oil change?", "My check engine light is on", "Do you work on BMWs?"), into booked appointments at one of our two shops.

WHERE THE NEW FOLLOWERS COME FROM
We're launching this as a new program, and we're putting real money behind it. We have a dedicated monthly Instagram ad budget for both shops and a set of reels filmed in our own shops, ready for the first few months. We're a small team, not a big production house. We're giving this program 3 to 6 months to prove itself. If it works, we'll keep investing in more content and ads, and you'll grow with it.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Send a friendly, personal hello to every new follower and start a conversation
• Answer every Instagram DM, plus comments that need a reply, during your shift
• Follow our DM guide and approved answers. You never make up prices or promises
• Ask the right questions (what car, what's wrong, which shop is closer) and book the appointment
• Pass anything you can't answer to our service advisors
• Keep a simple daily log: new followers greeted, conversations started, appointments booked

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Excellent written English: warm, clear, never pushy
• Proactive. You start conversations instead of waiting for them, and you reply fast
• At least 1 year in chat support, appointment setting or social media DMs
• Reliable internet, plus a backup for brownouts and outages
• Nice to have: basic Spanish (many of our customers speak it)
• Nice to have: some car knowledge. Not required, we'll train you

SCHEDULE
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM US Eastern Time, with a 1-hour lunch break (40 hours a week). In Philippine time that's 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM (8:00 PM to 5:00 AM from mid-March to early November, when the US is on daylight saving time). This is a night shift in the Philippines.

PAY

• $350 USD per month base, paid twice a month
• $15 for every NEW customer you book who shows up for their appointment
• $20 each for every new customer after your 40th in a month
• $5 for every returning customer you book who shows up
• +$15 bonus when a new customer's first visit is $600 or more
• No cap. The more people you help, the more you earn

WHAT YOU COULD EARN (new customers only, before bonuses)

• 20 new customers a month: $650
• 40 new customers a month: $950
• 60 new customers a month: $1,350

Every booking is tracked in our shop system, so your commission is clear and easy to check. You start with a 2-week paid trial.

HOW TO APPLY

2. Tell us about your chat, DM or appointment-setting experience in a few sentences
3. Write how you would reply to this DM: "hey how much to fix my AC? it's blowing hot air"
4. Optional but recommended: attach a 1-minute voice or video intro
