Wednesday Outbound Calling Specialist (Show-Rate) – Health Coaching Brand

Fit'nHealthy Forever is a US health coaching brand for women 40+, led by a clinical nutritionist with 24+ years of experience who has helped over 10,000 women. We're hiring a long-term, part-time Wednesday Show-Rate Specialist to make warm phone calls to women who registered for our free live Masterclass.

YOUR ONE GOAL: get the women who registered to show up live that night. You're not selling and you're not booking calls. You're confirming her seat in a warm, unhurried, friendly way.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Every Wednesday, call the women registered for that night's Masterclass using our Call 2 script
• Work alongside our main Show-Rate Specialist: you start from the oldest sign-up, she starts from the newest, and you meet in the middle
• Keep pace at 25 calls every 30 minutes
• Dial and record every call inside GoHighLevel (GHL)
• Track calls, pickups and voi cemail s in Google Sheets using simple checkboxes
• Log each woman's goal in her own words and send a short end-of-day report in Slack

SCHEDULE

• Wednesdays only, starting 9:00am EST
• Your shift ends when you meet your teammate in the middle of the list, usually 3.5 to 5 hours

PAY

• $100 USD/month base pay
• Show-rate bonus every Masterclass: $30 at 25%+, $50 at 30%+, $75 at 35%+
• On-target month: about $210. Record month: about $305
• Paid monthly (1st to 5th) via Wise

REQUIREMENTS

• Female (you'll be speaking with women 40+)
• Clear English accent easily understood by an American woman
• Quality headset or microphone, no background noise
• Strong, stable wifi
• Great conversation skills and well organized
• Available every Wednesday from 9:00am EST-5:30pm EST

EXPERIENCE

• Experience with GoHighLevel, Google Sheets or Slack
• Phone-based customer service or sales experience

Full script and training are provided. A great fit if you want steady, long-term weekly income alongside another job or studies.
