Job Description
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and hardworking Full-Time Social Media Virtual Assistant to manage our Instagram and TikTok accounts and help us establish collaborations with micro-influencers.

This is a long-term position for someone who can follow detailed instructions, scripts, and daily to-do lists exactly as provided, without making unnecessary changes.

You will receive access to our social media accounts, along with clear step-by-step instructions for every task.

Task 1 (Daily): Instagram Engagement & Direct Messaging
Your responsibilities will include:

Following specific Instagram profiles based on our instructions.
Liking 2 posts from each selected profile.
Sending a specific welcome message to users who follow us back.
Managing and responding to conversations using our predefined scripts.
Following up with potential customers according to our instructions.
Keeping track of conversations and daily activities.
Following our daily to-do lists and scripts exactly as written.
Important: All messages, responses, and follow-ups must follow our provided scripts 1:1.

Task 2 (daily): Micro-Influencer Outreach & Collaborations
You will be responsible for identifying and contacting potential micro-influencers for our Scandinavian fashion brand.

Your responsibilities will include:

Finding relevant Scandinavian micro-influencers under 25 years old on Instagram and TikTok, with strong video reach and engagement. (find it on ForYouPage and Reels when logged in to Staydifferent's SoMe Accounts)
Evaluating creators based on their video views, engagement, audience relevance, and content quality.
Contacting potential collaborators using our exact outreach scripts.
Offering free clothing/products in exchange for social media content.
Following up with influencers until an agreement is reached.
Coordinating product selections, sizes, and shipping information.
Ensuring influencers understand the collaboration requirements.
Following up to ensure agreed content is delivered.
Maintaining an organized overview of all influencer collaborations.
Your goal is to secure as many relevant, high-quality micro-influencer collaborations as possible while following our instructions.

Requirements
Excellent written and spoken English.
Experience managing Instagram and TikTok accounts.
Experience with Instagram DMs and influencer outreach is preferred.
Ability to follow scripts and instructions exactly.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Reliable internet connection and computer.
Ability to work independently and consistently.
Attention to detail and ability to complete repetitive daily tasks.
Willingness to learn and follow our specific workflows.
