Outbound call assistant

We are hiring an on-demand Virtual Assistant to make outbound calls to new leads within 10 minutes of receipt. This is gig-based work and requires high responsiveness throughout the day.

Leads may come in any time between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM Mountain Time (MST/MTS). When a lead comes in during your scheduled availability, you must be ready to call immediately.

This role is ideal for someone who:
Speaks perfect, fluent American English
Has no noticeable accent
Is highly reliable and responsive
Can work in short bursts throughout the day

Key Responsibilities
Monitor incoming lead notifications during agreed availability hours
Call new leads within 10 minutes of receipt
Follow provided call script and qualification process
Gather project details and pre-qualify prospects
Schedule appointments directly into our CRM/calendar
Log accurate notes in the CRM after each call
Tag and categorize leads properly
Notify team of urgent or high-value opportunities

Requirements:
Perfect spoken and written English (neutral American accent required)
Professional phone presence and confidence on calls
Prior outbound calling, appointment setting, or inside sales experience preferred
Reliable high-speed internet connection
Quiet, professional call environment
Ability to be highly responsive during 7 AM – 9 PM MST
Must respond and place calls within 10 minutes of receiving a lead
Experience using CRM systems (GoHighLevel preferred but not required)
