Part-Time | 10 hrs/week | Long-Term Opportunity

We are a physician-led Medical Spa in the U.S. looking for an experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) expert to build and manage our CRM, automations, and funnels.

This is NOT a beginner position.

What You’ll Do
Set up GoHighLevel CRM (pipelines, tagging, backend organization)
Build SMS + email automations

Create follow-up sequences for:
Botox
Fillers
Weight loss (GLP-1)
Laser treatments

Build landing pages & funnels inside GHL
Create simple lead magnets (PDFs, opt-ins)
Track leads and send weekly performance reports

Requirements
Proven experience using GoHighLevel
Strong knowledge of workflows, triggers, tags, and automations
Experience building funnels inside GHL
Excellent written English

Must send organized weekly lead tracking sheets
Must be Detail-oriented and proactive
