Remote Studio Manager - AI Tools and Bots (Part-Time, Dance Studio)

Pave San Diego is a dance studio in Carlsbad, California. I've already built a set of AI tools and bots that handle studio bookings, payment reminders, rehearsal scheduling, and parent email s. I need someone sharp and AI-savvy to run them every day so nothing falls through the cracks.

Hours: about 2-3 hours/day, more available if you have time.
Pay: $400-$1,000 USD/month depending on hours and skill.

What you'll do:

• Run and monitor our AI bots and automations
• Follow up on studio room bookings and confirm them
• Chase unpaid balances politely
• Help schedule extra rehearsals and track costumes
• Answer parent email s and handle issues calmly

What I'm looking for:

• Real hands-on experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, bots, automations)
• Strong written English and great follow-through
• Organized, proactive, and reliable

Start with about 2-3 hours a day. If you have more time, there's more work. Full training provided, plus a paid trial week.

To apply, send 1-2 examples of AI work you've done, your hourly or monthly rate, and your availability (Pacific Time overlap is a plus).
