AI Video Editor for an E-commerce Matcha Brand

We’re Matchacha, a matcha brand selling worldwide, primarily in the US, UK, Australia, Canada, and Europe.

We’re looking for an AI video editor with proven experience creating ads for e-commerce brands.

Formats you’ll work on:

Cartoon and Pixar-style 3D animated ads.

Talking characters and animated products.

AI podcast ads and realistic interviews.

AI UGC, avatars, and talking-head videos.

Product demos and lifestyle videos.

Problem–solution ads, storytelling, and explainers.

Your role

I’m the creative strategist and will provide scripts, references, detailed instructions, and feedback. Your role is execution: generating images and video, adding voiceovers, lip sync, sound, and captions, and editing everything into a finished ad.

You should be able to follow the creative direction, maintain engaging pacing, and implement feedback accurately.

Requirements

Proven experience creating AI ads for other brands.

Proficiency in Higgsfield, Kling, Veo, or similar tools, plus video editing software.

Realistic characters, movements, expressions, and product interactions.

Consistent character identities and product appearance across shots.

No obvious AI artifacts, lip-sync errors, or illogical scene transitions.

Ability to work with English scripts, meet deadlines, and check your work before delivery.

Compensation

We’ll start on a per-project basis, agreeing on scope and pricing upfront. After several months of successful collaboration, there’s an opportunity to move to a monthly retainer starting at $1,500 + bonuses.
