Prepare OFA (Orthopedic Foundation for Animals) applications using information from Google Sheets, including dog names, dates of birth, and microchip numbers.

Add authorized signatures as instructed and prepare applications for submission.

Maintain consistent file names, organized folders, and accurate completion tracking.

Required Skills

Strong proficiency in Google Sheets, Gmail, Google Drive, Dropbox, Canva, and Adobe Acrobat.

Excellent proofreading and error detection skills, especially when checking long identification numbers and dates.

Ability to move efficiently between spreadsheets, documents, email , websites, and online folders.

Ability to follow detailed instructions while preserving document templates and formatting.

Consistent self-checking before saving, uploading, or marking work complete.
