Ecommerce AI Video Editor (Facebook Ads)

We are looking for a self-driven, creative video editor to join our fast-growing ecommerce team. Your main responsibility will be to edit high-converting ---------- ads for Facebook and ---------- that drive real sales.

What You’ll Do:
Edit and optimise UGC-style videos into direct response ads

Create scroll-stopping hooks, captions, and CTAs

Work closely with our creative strategist to implement feedback and iterate quickly

Analyse ad performance and implement learnings to improve results

Compensation:

Base salary

$300 bonus for EVERY ad that performs well and scales

• Requirements:

Proven experience editing UGC ads or direct response videos for ecom brands

Experience with making realistic visuals and images with AI tools

Strong understanding of what makes a video convert (hooks, pacing, CTA)

Ability to turn around edits quickly without sacrificing quality

Self-motivated and proactive communicator
