We are a fast-growing Amazon e-commerce business seeking an experienced Amazon Product Sourcing Virtual Assistant to join our team full-time.

We are looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, honest, and experienced in sourcing profitable products. This is not a general VA role. Your primary responsibility will be finding profitable products and opportunities for our Amazon business.

Position Details

Job Type: Full-Time

Hours: 40 hours per week

Schedule: 8 hours per day, 5 days per week

Location: Remote (Philippines)

Starting Pay: $3.00-$4.00 per hour depending on experience

Bonuses: In addition to your hourly pay, you will have opportunities to earn performance-based bonuses based on productivity and the quality of leads submitted.

Daily Responsibilities

You will spend the majority of your workday sourcing and analyzing products for Amazon.

Your responsibilities include:

Finding profitable products using approved sourcing methods
Using SellerAmp, Keepa, Amazon Seller Central, and other sourcing tools
Analyzing product profitability and ROI
Checking competition levels and sales velocity
Reviewing Keepa charts and product history
Identifying replenishable opportunities
Tracking leads and maintaining accurate sourcing spreadsheets
Meeting daily sourcing goals
Communicating findings and opportunities to management
End-of-Shift Requirements

At the end of every shift, you will be expected to:

Submit your sourcing report
Submit qualified product leads
Update tracking spreadsheets
Document completed work
Report any issues or opportunities discovered during sourcing

Required Qualifications

Please do not apply if you have no Amazon sourcing experience.

We are only considering applicants who have prior experience sourcing products for Amazon sellers.

Requirements:

Previous Amazon product sourcing experience
Strong understanding of Keepa
Experience using SellerAmp (SAS)
Ability to analyze ROI, profit margins, and product demand
Experience sourcing profitable leads independently
Strong English communication skills
Reliable high-speed internet connection
High attention to detail
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred Experience
Online Arbitrage (OA)
Wholesale sourcing
Retail Arbitrage (RA)
Lead generation for Amazon sellers
Amazon FBA operations
