OTE $1,500 - $4,000 DM Appointment Setter, US Real Estate Investing (Full-Time, Remote)

We are Deal Engine, a US real estate investing company. We help investors buy, remodel, and refinance rental properties remotely, and we teach investors how to do it themselves. Our content runs on YouTube and Instagram, and prospects message us directly from that content. Your job is to turn those DM conversations into booked sales calls.

This is a full-time remote role working US business hours. You will be responding to inbound Instagram DMs from people who have just watched our content and reached out. You are not spamming strangers. These are warm leads who messaged first.

What you will actually do: reply to every inbound DM fast, ideally within 15 minutes. Hold real conversations, not one-liner scripts. Ask qualifying questions to understand their situation: what they want to achieve, their timeline, and their budget range. Match the length and tone of the message they sent you. When someone is qualified, send them a booking link for a call with our team. Log every conversation in our CRM. Follow up with people who went quiet until they book or tell you to stop.

What we are looking for: excellent written English that reads like a natural texter, not translated text. Real sales, customer service, or appointment setting experience, ideally over chat or DM. Comfortable following a script while still sounding human. Reliable internet, a quiet workspace, and availability during US hours. Experience with CRMs or social media inboxes is a plus but we will train the right person.

Compensation: $500 plus a per-booking performance bonus, paid monthly. Top setters here earn significantly more than base through bonuses. Last month our top setter made $4,000

Sample task. A prospect replies to our Instagram story with this message: "hey saw your post about the oklahoma deals, im interested but i only have like 20k saved and i still work full time, is that even enough to start?" Write your reply exactly as you would send it in the DM. Do not write what you would do next, write the actual message.

We grade that sample on three things: does it sound like a real person, does it ask one clear question that moves the conversation forward, and does it match the length and energy of what the prospect sent. If your reply is a wall of text or a copy-paste script, you will not move forward.
