Compensation: USD $5 per hour + USD $5 commission per successful membership sale

We are looking for an EXPERIENCED SALES CLOSER who can confidently convert enquiries and leads into paying gym members.

This is a sales-driven role, not simply an appointment-setting or customer service position. We need someone who is confident on the phone, persuasive, proactive, and experienced in closing sales.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead Conversion & Closing: Contact potential members through outbound calls, SMS, email , and online messaging to convert enquiries into paid gym memberships.
• Membership Sales: Confidently explain BodyFit membership options, promotions, facilities, and benefits.
• Objection Handling: Overcome price concerns, hesitation, and other objections to close membership sales.
• Lead Follow-Ups: Consistently follow up with warm, cold, and previously unconverted leads to maximise conversions.
• Online Enquiries: Respond promptly to website, social media, and digital campaign enquiries.
• Appointment Booking: Arrange gym tours and consultations when required.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate lead records, sales activity, follow-up schedules, and conversion reports.
• Sales Targets: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales and conversion KPIs.
• Team Coordination: Work closely with Australian club managers to ensure a smooth membership sign-up and onboarding experience.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in telesales, outbound sales, phone closing, or membership sales.
• Strong ability to convert enquiries into paying customers.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Confident and persuasive telephone communication skills.
• Experience handling objections and closing sales.
• Comfortable working with Australian customers.
• Experience using CRM systems, spreadsheets, and digital communication tools.
• Strong follow-up discipline and excellent organisational skills.
• Reliable internet connection, headset, and quiet home working environment.
• Availability to work during Australian Eastern Time (Sydney) business hours.

HIGHLY REGARDED:

• Previous gym membership sales experience.
• Experience in fitness, health, or wellness sales.
• Previous Australian outbound calling or telesales experience.
• Proven sales performance and ability to achieve conversion targets.

COMPENSATION & COMMISSION

USD $5 per hour + USD $5 commission for every successfully closed membership sale.

This role provides an opportunity to earn additional income based on your sales performance.
