Full-Time Virtual Assistant — Customer Service & Admin for a Canadian Company (Night Shift PH Time)

We're a Canada-based home-services company hiring ONE full-time, long-term virtual
assistant. This is a real, stable, single-employer role — not project work, and not
an agency. If you're reliable, detail-oriented, and want one good job you can grow in,
please read carefully.
What you'll do:

• Handle email and follow up with leads and suppliers
• Build and send simple quotes
• Prospect for new business (we'll train you on our tools, e.g. ---------- + CRM)
• Make occasional live calls to Canadian suppliers on our phone system
• Use everyday tools (Google Workspace, spreadsheets, AI assistants like ChatGPT)

Who we're looking for:

• Excellent written and spoken English (this role includes phone work)
• Strong attention to detail and follows instructions exactly
• Comfortable on camera and on the phone
• Reliable, honest, and looking for ONE full-time role (this is an exclusive, full-time

position — please only apply if you're not juggling other full-time clients)
Schedule & pay:

• Full-time, 8:00am–5:00pm Pacific Time (this is a graveyard shift in the Philippines —

please make sure you can work overnight reliably)

• Around $800/month including a night-shift premium, paid twice a month

Equipment you must have:

• A reliable computer with a monitor and a quiet space with a good headset and camera.
