AI Video Editor – Direct Response Ads

Seranova is looking for a full-time AI Video Editor to join our remote creative team.

You’ll create performance-driven, AI-generated short-form ads for paid social, from stylized animation to cinematic, movie-style ads. This role is focused on AI prompting and storytelling: turning scripts into engaging scenes, keeping characters and style consistent, and iterating on what performs.

What we’re looking for:

Strong AI prompting skills for video and image generation (e.g. Kling, Veo, MiniMax, Seedance, Nano Banana, or similar)
Strong storytelling and visual judgment: choosing the right shots and fixing generations that don’t work
Solid short-form editing skills (pacing, hooks, captions, sound)
Understanding of direct-response creative
Ability to follow briefs and instructions closely
Strong work ethic and reliability with deadlines

This is a fully remote, full-time position (40 hours/week, flexible schedule) with a base rate of $1,200 USD/month, depending on experience, plus a performance-based ad spend share. This is a full-time, exclusive commitment: candidates should not be engaged in other client work or projects during their time with us.
